Brush And Tanker Assist On Field Fire

At 1546 hours Brush 602 and Tanker 606 were alerted to assist Station 400 on a field fire on Sparks Road near Clarks Lane. Their units were on location with approximately 10 acres of cut corn burning. Brush 602 arrived and started hitting hot spots while the tanker prepared to fill brush trucks. With the help of a farmers plow the fire was quickly contained. Officer 418(Marvel) had "Sparks Road Command."
