Fatal MVC On Greensboro Road

November 9, 2008

Just before 11am units were dispatched to Greensboro Road at Union Road. Officer 715(Bartz) was in the area and went on location reporting 2 vehicles head on with 1 subject trapped. Officer 715 then advised one subject was pri 4 and requested a second rescue to assist with the extrication. Rescue 600 arrived and went to work extricating the trapped subject while E-603 secured the 2nd vehicle. MSP aviation was requested for one pt while a 2nd pt was transported to a local hospital. Units cleared at 1343 hours turning the scene over to MSP for investigation. Officer 616(J. Harvey) had "Greensboro Road Command."

MVC with Rollover

November 27, 2008

At 1330 hours units were dispatched to the intersection of Cedar Lane and Hill Road for an MVC with Rollover. PM 791 arrived on location to find a single vehicle MVC with rollover. Rescue 600 arrived and Officer 616(Bambary) established "Cedar Lane Command." The crew from Rescue 600 secured the vehicle while the crew from PM791 checked the occupants of the vehicle. All patients refused treatment and units cleared in approximately 1 hour.
